It was immaculately clean, with good staff and location. I was there for 4 nights and ate at indoor restaurant in the El Poblado area. Also, I loved how comfy the location was.

The weather was such warm, had peaceful stay. The lobby was welcoming and spotlessly clean. Carpeted, decent room with balcony, perfect view, as example. The wooden furniture was stylish.
Didn't like the area, it was such bad.

The place was cosy and tidy. Staff was very welcoming. We stayed in the roof top room and loved it. Central location, at a moderate distance from parque poblado. The food was excellent, had lots of options.
