all in all everything was really good, had a really nice stay at sites hotel. in general the staff were decent and efficient. the food was appetising, included fruit, eggs and breads. the location was awesome, a 10-15 minute walk from parque el poblado.

I liked that it was fairly clean and stylish, the staff were efficient and rooms were huge. It was in a decent location close to H by Hdc Gallery. Good restaurant a short walk to the hotel😀

The weather was such warm, had peaceful stay. The lobby was welcoming and spotlessly clean. Carpeted, decent room with balcony, perfect view, as example. The wooden furniture was stylish.
Didn't like the area, it was such bad.

The venue is lovely relaxing, spotless and the location is prime near Parque Lleras and malls. I loved the staff, they are expert. Well heated units with balcony. El Poblado district is worth looking into.

well designed family room, the service was friendly. reasonably large suite and neat bed. bkfast staff who took care for us, were competent. the pool was heated, had inflatable and a hot tub. there was an exceptional restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.
